Return & Refund Policy (Custom Non-Standard Parts Processing)

Guangzhou Precision Machining Co., Ltd.(“we”) provides professional custom non-standard parts processing, OEM and ODM customized manufacturing services. All products are produced strictly in accordance with customer-provided drawings, technical parameters and confirmed samples. This Return & Refund Policy is specially formulated for customized processing orders to ensure fair and reasonable after-sales handling for both parties.

1.Acceptance Standard of Custom Products

All customized non-standard parts are produced and inspected strictly according to the customer’s official drawings, technical requirements and confirmed production specifications. The drawing standard shall be the only valid basis for product acceptance, quality judgment and after-sales confirmation.

2.Custom Order Non-Returnable Principle

Since all products are tailor-made customized parts without universal standard specifications, they cannot be resold or reused. Therefore, no unreasonable return or refund is supported due to personal preference, inappropriate matching, or subjective dissatisfaction after delivery.

3.Handling Rules for Inconsistencies with Drawings

If the customer finds that the received product does not conform to the confirmed drawing specifications after inspection, both parties will handle the after-sales issue reasonably according to the actual product situation, considering the extremely high cost of international cross-border logistics:

  • On-site repair solution (priority negotiation): If the product has minor deviations that do not affect the core use, we will negotiate with the customer to adopt local on-site repair, polishing and modificationto solve the problem, avoiding repeated international transportation costs and saving both parties’ time and expenses.
  • Remake solution: If the product cannot be repaired, modified or used locally to meet the technical requirements, we will provide free remanufacturing and re-delivery serviceaccording to the actual error situation, so as to ensure that the final delivered products fully meet the drawing standards.

4.Exclusion of After-Sales Liability

We do not accept returns, refunds or free remaking in the following situations:

  • Product deviations caused by modified drawings, adjusted parameters or changed requirementsconfirmed by the customer after production;
  • Product damage, deformation or parameter changes caused by customer’s improper installation, use, processing or storage;
  • Normal wear and tear of parts during use;
  • Claims raised beyond the effective after-sales feedback period.

5.After-Sales Feedback & Processing Process

After receiving the goods, customers shall inspect the products and feed back any non-conformity problems with the drawings in a timely manner, and provide inspection photos, videos and dimensional test data. We will evaluate the product status within 2 working days, confirm the optimal solution of local repair or remaking through negotiation, and complete the follow-up processing and delivery as soon as possible.

6.Final Interpretation

All after-sales disputes of customized processing orders shall be subject to the final confirmed drawing standards and mutual negotiation principles. This policy is a supplementary compliance clause for website display, and the formal cooperation contract signed by both parties shall prevail in case of conflict.
