This Shipping Policy applies exclusively to custom non-standard parts, custom processing, and customized OEM/ODM orders placed on www.lmachining.com (the “Site”), operated by Guangzhou Precision Machining Co., Ltd. All shipping terms, delivery schedules, and logistics methods are confirmed through mutual negotiation between both parties based on the customer’s order quantity, customization requirements, and formal sales contract.
1.Order Processing & Production Lead Time
Our products are mainly non-standard customized mechanical parts and custom processing products. There are no fixed universal production or delivery cycles.
The production lead time, processing cycle, and final delivery date of each order are subject to written confirmation and formal contract agreement between the customer and our sales team, determined by order quantity, product complexity, processing technology difficulty, and customized specifications.
Any verbal estimate is for reference only. The official delivery time shall be subject to the confirmed order contract.
2.Shipping Method Confirmation
We do not adopt fixed shipping methods for all orders. The logistics mode is negotiated and confirmed according to customer needs, order volume, and delivery schedule requirements.
Available shipping solutions include international express, air freight, sea freight, and designated logistics channels specified by customers. We will arrange shipment strictly in accordance with the shipping method agreed in the formal order contract.
3.Shipping Fees Standard
Shipping costs are not fixed uniformly. Freight charges are calculated and confirmed based on actual order quantity, product weight, volume, shipping destination, and agreed logistics method.
All freight rules will be clearly stated in the quotation and formal contract before order confirmation.
4.Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
All international customized shipments may incur import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and other local charges in the destination country. These fees are borne by the customer unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing by both parties.
5.Order Shipment & Tracking
After the customized products are finished, inspected and delivered in accordance with the contract, we will arrange shipment as scheduled and provide customers with corresponding logistics tracking documents, waybill numbers or delivery certificates.
6.Delivery Exceptions & Negotiated Adjustment
For customized processing orders, if there are special circumstances such as production adjustment, process modification, or customer delayed confirmation of drawings/samples, the delivery time will be adjusted through mutual negotiation.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customer-provided information errors, specification changes, delayed confirmation, third-party logistics delays, customs inspection, or force majeure factors.
7.Final Explanation
